Am I the only one who has zero interest in combining my 62 iPhone contacts with my 1203 Gmail contacts?
No. I have completely separate contact lists in different tools/services, though I suspect my motivations may be different than yours ;) - Tinfoil 2.0
the whole conception of gmail contacts sucks donkey balls. there isn't really any other way to describe it as far as I can tell. - Laura Norvig
I have enough trouble with the Outlook integration causing duplicate contacts. - Stephen Mack
I made a group in my Mac address book called Contacts with phones. I sync that one to my iPhone - G Dub of the Carolinas
I finally got organized and I'm syncing my blackberry, ipad and gmail contacts. I love it! - Juan Pablo González

I'm patiently waiting for the Nikon D800 announcement within the next few hours. [/I'm /Im/]
I jsut read about it on a Canon rumors website. 36 Mpixels! Time to buy more cards! - Brian Johns
fstoppers.com already posted info about it. - Juan Pablo González
It releases tomorrow? How much for your D700? - Eric
The coolest rumor I heard was a D800-E version with no anti-aliasing filter. As a Canon 5-D shooter, that teases me a lot. - Brian Johns
Brian, yep. that bit's all but confirmed. It's amusing that it's rumored to cost several hundred *more* for the model without the AA filter. Presumably because it's a smaller production run, or to inhibit the clueless form buying the wrong one and complaining about moire patterns. - Kevin Fox
Eric: Can not have! I've been waiting patiently for years to get Rachel's D700 as a hand-me-down! :-) - Kevin Fox
MAN! - Eric
So D800 or D4? I think the D4 is a lot more interesting. The D800 sensor is just too dense IMO. - Benjamin Golub
I lost patience a year ago. They better get it out here RIGHT NOW! - Rachel Lea Fox
Heh, you've lost patience? How do you think us 5D2 users feel? ;-p - ronin
ronin, 5D2 users have had video in their camera and a good deal more pixels since 2008. The D700 came out a month before that and we haven't had an update with video in a high end camera since. - Rachel Lea Fox
As a Canon user, I love that Nikon is making a camera with these specs. (all except the megapixels) I hope Canon tries to copy them all to stay competitive! - Brian Johns
@Rachel Ah, you're right. For some reason I was always under the impression that the D700 came out later. I think I was enamored w/the AF system and high ISO IQ. =) Anyway, at least your wait is now over. It's official: http://bit.ly/xtzlVE - ronin
The pages with the sample images seem to be loading very slowly... http://imaging.nikon.com/lineup... and http://imaging.nikon.com/lineup... - Brian Johns
None of the samples show ISO > 640 which is kinda disappointing. - ronin
post the pre-order!!! ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!! - Rachel Lea Fox

"Cecilia Paredes was born in Lima, Peru, and currently lives and works between San Jose, Costa Rica and Philadelphia. Her artistic career began as a painter but her creative concepts evolved, revealing themselves first in three-dimensional objects, then through photography. This works is a series of self portraits where Paredes paints her own body to blend in with the background." - Juan Pablo González from Bookmarklet
