May I just say that 'The Bachelor' is quite possibly the most fake, most cheesy, most scripted "reality" tv show there is. What a waste of time! Think I shall go back to giving up tv all over again.

The storm has navy jets re-routed to fly over my office to day. It's an amazing sensation of noise and vibration. Simply impossible to hear anyone on the phone! So, it must be quittin' time!!!

Bruised and achy this morning, but after a good soak feeling a lot better.(Thanks, Becky; great idea!) Head feels fine; swelling gone. My manager asked me "how the stairs were doing, given how hard headed I know you are!" HO HO! Only been 3 and a half weeks with this man! Taking it easy today, for sure.

Fell down a set of attic steps today. Huge egg on the side of my forehead. So dumb. Went to the doctor and "appeared normal". Everyone close now very worried. Normal? I'm being sent home to rest!!
