RT @mletzmann: USGS "Earth's axis has shifted 10 inches as a result of the quake. Japan's coastline has permanently shifted 2.4 meters."
Programming the deMOON is like doing cross-stitch in a mirror, though. Time to get the iPad involved.
Thank the gods, I think I'm finally close to nailing this web video soundtrack. Gotharman deMOON seeing a bit of use.
Aside: I hear last web video clip for same mag was scored by someone w, film composing credits. Time to raise the game, one guesses.
Work has kindly agreed to stop killing me. Next: Soundtrack for web video for Hermes w, lovely black Citroen + models in Avengers leather.
Listening to new Brian Eno album while doing pre-bedtime sit-ups.
Moog Filtatron is, I think, the most audio fun to hit the iPhone since RJDJ. Nasty.
I think it's about time I gave the Tetra some real stick tomorrow. Have been hitting the SH-101 pretty hard but it's time for more firepower
RT @catvincent: Consensus between @GreatDismal & @bruces for "the formal official metric unit of contemporary weirdness:" The Fubar.
First proper listen to bloody brilliant new @stretta album. Downloaded the mp3s but am about to buy lossless as soon as I can get near a PC.
I am downloading A Funneled Stone, the new album by @stretta http://www.stretta.com/afs/ #synth
For all our love of analogue, it's worth remembering how wonderfully pure FM and other digital methods can sound.
Working on a soundtrack for some web video from a fashion shoot. Still haven't nailed it, but I'm having fun not quite nailing it.
I'm a total analogue whore, but the Monomachine is absolute genius. Fresh every time you touch it.
I don't remember when I bought my Monomachine, but it remains the single best piece of musical hardware ever created by humankind.
A good five hours recording. Brain feels a bit numb.
Ah, an all-time classic RT @bengoldacre: "How to Good-bye Depression. If You Constrict Anus 100 Times Everyday.": http://www.amazon.com/gp...

Succumbed to the need for something circuit-bent. Simple and utterly brilliant for songwriting. http://yfrog.com/msk8jaj

At what point will it become mainstream-acceptable to mention Twitter in song lyrics? Internet, texting, email already there.
My notes for work to do on a song in progress are worryingly extensive. But at least it all gels in my head now.
ThumbJam urgently needs a quantize function, though. Difficult to get drums right otherwise.
Interesting. Mellotron loops in ThumbJam, pasted into MultiTrack = prospect of actually creating something on an iPhone with relative ease.
Some sickening twat on Twitter in Japan mumbling about already being bored with iPad. Did anyone invent moron-targeting munitions yet?
