"A 27-year-old Internet user could be charged for violating the law after he uploaded a video of himself and a woman pretending to have sexual intercourse in public, police said. The 5 minute, 46 second clip showed the woman on a pallet under blankets, with Frank Yang (楊士毅) appearing 15 seconds later, stripped to his underwear. He then crawled under the blankets and performed acts that mimicked people having sex. Yang then got dressed and left, while the woman remained on the pallet until the end of the video. While the clip was being filmed, 28 people were seen passing by, but those who have seen the video said the reaction of all 28 was too calm, causing them to suspect that the entire thing was a hoax."

"Yang said his act was a form of “action art” to express the power of the subconscious and that he did not violate any laws, adding that the woman was a friend and an art student. “I undressed, yes, but I also blacked out the private parts in the video and the mimicked actions were just that — mimicked actions,” Yang said, adding that he did not actually have sexual intercourse."
