This picture thing treads incredibly dangerously. Think of the potential misappropriation claims when someone's photo is randomly associated with an article about, say, a person with a similar name committing a violent crime. Cuil needs to stop the practice. I found my LinkedIn profile with a completely random picture of a person who was nowhere near the profile. Not cool. - Jared Smith

@matt I think the count is one of their minor problems… IM still doesn't work again and when I'm not using the homepage but a client like twitteriffic, I sometimes miss posts because the API doesn't give them to me (and I don't get an error either) - Nicolas

I know you can't compare markets directly but that sounds like a great deal compared to the minimum spend contract on offer with o2 in the UK. Having trouble loading the Rogers site to compare the deals directly. Lots of pre-orders being placed I guess :-). - Ben

Just be aware that the $30 is only the data plan; If I read this correctly, there's plenty of other charges that will be applied to owning that phone. (e.g. voice plan, caller ID, etc.) - Karnatos
