Syncing my 150MB of Evernote data is the first thing that has made the fan on my MacBook Air go on. All 4 cores, cranking away for 10 mins.

Interesting that my new(ish) Droid Razr is getting better and better battery life. When I got it, it would be dry in <6 hours now lasts >24
Tried our first of the dry-aged rib eyes, just 3 days in the fridge. They were good, but not discernibly different than "fresh".
Looked into the methods, picked my favorite, and set up 5 pounds of ribeye for a couple days of dry-aging. I'll report back on how that goes
Awesometastic day. Got stuff done, did nothing, walked with neighbors, had wine next to the firepit as the sun disappeared. Life is good.
Verizon turned 3G on the tower they just fired up in #Mendocino. Was hoping they'd enable 4G, but it's still faster than my landline DSL!
A couple hours to setup then put together the php to compensate for TrendNets horrid FTP upload features, and my cams and viewer are up.
Also, if you're going to have a web-based admin interface, don't require IE and ActiveX. Especially if your setup software is windows-only.
Setting up a new TrendNet camera. Their software has gotten much worse, with less functionality since the last one I bought 10 years ago.

Whipped up what may be my best "easy pasta sauce" yet, we'll see how it goes as it reduces.
Grrr. Got my test project to about 90%, but just can't get auto-connect to work. Diminishing returns off to something else...
