More optimistic today after finding out about the second BP fitness.... gave it a try and did 30 pushups (20 required), 60 situps (25 required), and the 220 yard dash in 46 seconds FOUR TIMES (one time required) and then the 1.5 mile in 15 min + another mile jogging for good luck... Next goal, to do it all again without dry heaving at the end of...
