If people are coming and going as they please then work isn't getting done that needs to get done. One thing I've learned over the years is the competition doesn't rest. Can I 100% say they'd had produced something better no, that is speculation. They may have thought they had something wonderful but having someting "cool" is a judgement call or an opinion and not factual, thus it shouldn't be argued. - Keith Elder

What I do know is if someone gave me $33 million dollars to implement an idea I'd use common sense in spending that money and not just frivolously spend. It is ok to have "perks" in a company but there has to be a balance. BTW, if anyone wants to give me $33 million dollars that I can start a company and spend as I want without any strings attached, I'm all ears. - Keith Elder
