11:57 a.m. - Multiple squads are in the area and responding to an armed robbery. The black male suspect displayed a gun and fled in a green colored car. He was not the driver. The driver was parked a half a block away. 12:00 p.m. – Officers are searching the vehicle. Emergency air is given.
Sturgeon Bay- Maryalice (nee: Giese) Nelson, 55, passed away suddenly on Friday, November 20, 2009. Maryalice was born on April 9, 1954, to Dick and Betty (nee: Wiseman) Giese in Waukegan, IL. She lived in Racine for over 24 years before moving to Sturgeon Bay where she was employed as a registered nurse. Mrs. Nelson is survived by her parents; one brother, Brian (Penny) Giese; a niece, Rachel; several aunts and uncles and many other relatives. Funeral services for Mrs. Nelson will be private. 4:17 p.m. – Racine police are responding to calls in the 1900 block of 12th Street stating that an adult black male is trying to fight 2 children. More information to follow as it becomes available.

3:04 p.m. – Racine Police and Rescue are responding to a call for a man down in the parking lot of a gas station. Caller states that a van came in dropped him off and left. Rescue and police are on the scene more information to come if it becomes available.
