Jan “Honza” Odvarko and I have submitted “Dynamic and Graphical Web Page Breakpoints” on the 1.5 breakpoints to WWW 2010. It motivates the various breakpoints, describes the user experience and the implementation, then relates this breakpoint work to academic papers. - Matthew Imakyure
