*Sigh* An entire article abut the 'decline' of Agile and he doesn't once mention the notion of "skill." This was always the problem with movements like XP/Agile/Scrum: the early adopters tend to be more skilled than the late adopters and so you see poorer results as the movement crosses the chasm. Unfortunately no smart consultant is going to tell a client that the client's team isn't skilled enough for the job they're trying to do. - Adewale Oshineye
