Reducing emissions to curb global warming by 80% is a noble effort, and I have no idea if 40 years (by 2050) is reasonable, but I sure hope they're drafting some interim milestones, cause we should absolutely not be dragging our feet for the next 40 years on this. http://is.gd/1sCwF
