Installation is the first experience of an application. And Adobe CS4 users will start on a really bad experience. I remember Photoshop 4 or 5 installer, you just had to drag and drop, just like any other Mac app since 1984. I fully understand that a suite like this one need a complete installer but, come on, we're talking about Adobe here, not a crappy studio and a buggy cheap software ! Typically the kind of stuff I love : studying the user experience. And it's even funnier with Windows Vista. - Kevin
