Today's Accomplishments: Woke up and praised the Lord. Performed a Christmas concert because I WANTED to (not because I HAD to). Sold 1 of my 4 houses. Got called to play a church gig next weekend. THE LORD IS GOOD!!!

I just heard that HUD just dropped a bombshell!!!! As of January 1st, they will not recognize Mortgage brokers and they will increase the net worth rquirement for lenders from 250K to 2.5 million. Currently there are 1208 approved lenders. Out of the 1208, only 369 currently have the 2.5 million required net worth. WOW!! Frank Montro.
