It gets lumpy and smells stronger, but not as strong as cow's milk. Only good for 10 days after it's opened. -

^ this. It also can get "slimy" or "stringy" -- generally gross, and not the same texture that it is when it is still good. -

It tells me to shake it before pouri g so I always worry that the mixing is covering the first telltale signs of spoilage. -
