OTOH it makes a huge difference if it's an electrical fire or it's a grease fire. I agree you don't spend hours trying to determine this, but you should really try to narrow things down before you try to spray your hose on it, unless you don't mind electrocution or getting splattered with hot grease. - Victor Ganata

I made the switch a year ago May, and haven't been disappointed. Once there was an issue with my laptop, which I thought was a problem with the router... FIOS customer service asked me for the PC model & manufacturer, and not only got HP on the phone, but stayed on the line for an hour while we were troubleshooting to make sure my issue was resolved.
