if you like 'alternative' music take a look at xfm.co.uk site and their playlist at www.xfm.co.uk/onair/playlist - Kol Tregaskes

put in your favourite artists at allmusic.com and look at the similar artists for more bands to check out - Kol Tregaskes

I try and check music.myspace.com every week or 2 and listen to the featured artists, there's a podcast of the best of somewhere too - Kol Tregaskes

and imeem.com and thesixtyone.com are good for new music - is that enough? ;-) - Kol Tregaskes
