@ralphsaunders Probably. But what would it achieve? I've already left a complaint with Beck and the City of Toronto, more phone calls in AM.
@AgentShawnee indeed, i'm surprised how few cab drivers help passengers w/ obviously unwieldy shopping (=why I took cab!) get loaded safely.
