"It is no longer enough for an app to simply “work” with Twitter. Functionality such as multiple accounts, notifications and widgets are becoming ubiquitous. Now that there is a such a large selection in the Market, developers are finding that often it is the visual design and improved user experience that are drawing users towards other applications. Readers, have you stuck with your original, or been lured to someone new? What is the top Android and Me reader Twitter app?" - LANjackal from Bookmarklet
I voted Seesmic - LANjackal
Twicca for me! - Tim Hoeck
Seesmic, for sure... - Jesper Kjær Hansen
I like Seesmic. - Kevin Mohr
Web: iTweet or Seesmic; BlackBerry: UberTwitter or Seesmic; browser extension: Echofon (Firefox); desktop: I don't use any - LouCypher
tweetie for iphone! - Frankie Gray from BuddyFeed
I've tried a good few including Tweetie and Hootsuite but for me it's really not anything I need to give any further thought to, it's Twittelator Pro by several lengths. - JSLeFanu
Ok, I'm an idiot. Pulled trigger too fast. Scratch that vote, this is Android and I'm pretty clueless on that subject. - JSLeFanu
oh, so it's for Android only. Well, nevermind. Just post your favorite Twitter app(s) here, whatever the platform is. - LouCypher
Cool! - Waheed Akhtar
I'm rather fond of twyt. - Sam Levine
Definitely Swift. - Brian T. Edwards

The beta app has been available for several months through the Evernote Forums - and it has been quite stable. Btw., as of today the Evernote application is also available in Android Market. Great app! - Jesper Kjær Hansen

Now that will definitely get me using google reader more. Will that option be in the mobile version to? - Tony from fftogo

Add Evernote to Windows' Send To Menu - Lifehacker
"If you dig Evernote's capture powers but don't leave it constantly running on your system, the EveryJoe blog suggests creating a "Send To" shortcut in Windows' right-click menu to shuttle files over to where Evernote will catch them." - Jesper Kjær Hansen from Bookmarklet

No, seriously, the Evernote Mac app is so much cooler than the windows ditto. Just haven't had the guts to go Mac yet...old habits die hard - Jesper Kjær Hansen
@Jesper, the new Windows Evernote 3.5 interface will attempt to close the gap between mac and Windows. At the moment its still in Alpha version, but its progressing quite nicely. - Wei-Yen Tan from fftogo
Thanks for the info, Wei-Yen. Sounds great. Think I'll wait for the beta, though ;-) - Jesper Kjær Hansen

Gmail gets drag & drop labels, hidden labels, and more…

If only Google Reader added this. - Matt Ruiz
The 'gmail labels will change location' part seems like a potential major problem for the folders4gmail greasemonkey script (http://userscripts.org/topics...), which is loved by many users. The update haven't been pushed to my Apps account yet, but can anyone confirm that there is a problem? - Jesper Kjær Hansen
Not happenin' yet, at least for me. - Steve Lowe
ok, keeping my fingers crossed... - Jesper Kjær Hansen
Still waiting for the changes to roll around to me... - Angelo Rodrigues
changes rolled out... and folders4gmail zapped. I'll give it a try, but I'm not overly happy right now - Jesper Kjær Hansen
I have the changes, and I love it! Coupled with the Labs label colors it's awesome. - Ⓐ ☠ slayerboy ☠ Ⓐ
I also hate the changes. Right side labels with folders4gmail kept access to all my mail folders/labels easy, neat and out of the way. I have all my labels for a reason - I use them and want them visible to remind me how to categorise my mail. I love gmail but this was a serious error of judgement on their behalf. - Angus Neil

Hmm..it doesn't work for me still, even manually :S - Ariel Acentares
I have the Nightly Tester Tools installed, yea... But the Evernote clipper works just fine in 3.5.. Been using the 3.5 betas for a few months now, worked fine all the time. - Randall Hand

Sony Ericsson Idou Arrives In Second Half 2009 With 16:9 Touchscreen, 12MP Camera
Show all
"Sony Ericsson kicked of the MWC show a bit early today with a press conference for a slick new phone: The enigmatically named Idou. With an OS based on Symbian, the Idou continues the cameraphone megapixel pissing match with an impressive 12 megapixel camera/Xenon flash combo. Once you snap those gorgeous cellpone photos, they'll be presented to you on a sizable 3.5-inch 16:9 touchscreen that Sony Ericsson claims is capable of "full media consumption" (so it eats all media? Interesting...). Idou is just a codename for now, Sony claims, but the release window is certain: Second half of 2009. Did I say certain? I mean hazy and ambiguous, like all long-term tech release dates." - Jesper Kjær Hansen from Bookmarklet
Looks very slick. I would seriously consider kicking my HCT smartphone for this. 12MP sounds a bit over the top, though(?) - Jesper Kjær Hansen
