"If you dig Evernote's capture powers but don't leave it constantly running on your system, the EveryJoe blog suggests creating a "Send To" shortcut in Windows' right-click menu to shuttle files over to where Evernote will catch them."

No, seriously, the Evernote Mac app is so much cooler than the windows ditto. Just haven't had the guts to go Mac yet...old habits die hard
- Jesper Kjær Hansen
@Jesper, the new Windows Evernote 3.5 interface will attempt to close the gap between mac and Windows. At the moment its still in Alpha version, but its progressing quite nicely.

Thanks for the info, Wei-Yen. Sounds great. Think I'll wait for the beta, though ;-)

The 'gmail labels will change location' part seems like a potential major problem for the folders4gmail greasemonkey script (http://userscripts.org/topics...), which is loved by many users. The update haven't been pushed to my Apps account yet, but can anyone confirm that there is a problem?
- Jesper Kjær Hansen
My 'chat' has moved back to the left side, and I can drag-n-drop the other modules ( all on the left side ), but that's the only changes I see so far. I can drag-n-drop the 'labels' module, but not the individual labels within the module.
- Wallace
update; more changes. It seems the updates are coming out in increments.
- Wallace
Still waiting for the changes to roll around to me...
- Angelo Rodrigues
changes rolled out... and folders4gmail zapped. I'll give it a try, but I'm not overly happy right now
- Jesper Kjær Hansen
I have the changes, and I love it! Coupled with the Labs label colors it's awesome.
- Ⓐ ☠ slayerboy ☠ Ⓐ
I also hate the changes. Right side labels with folders4gmail kept access to all my mail folders/labels easy, neat and out of the way. I have all my labels for a reason - I use them and want them visible to remind me how to categorise my mail. I love gmail but this was a serious error of judgement on their behalf.

I just use the bookmarklet. Is there any advantage to using the add-on?
- Gordon Herd
Hmm..it doesn't work for me still, even manually :S
- Ariel Acentares
I have the Nightly Tester Tools installed, yea... But the Evernote clipper works just fine in 3.5.. Been using the 3.5 betas for a few months now, worked fine all the time.

This is cool. I just bought HTC Magic and downloaded an app, barcode something. It should work pretty much the same way I guess. Can't wait to test it in the bookstore later on!:)

The Frederiksberg University Hospital in Copenhagen looks like any other hospital in the developed world, except for one notable absence: there are no clipboards. Instead, doctors and nurses carry wireless handheld computers to call up the medical records of each patient, including their prescription history and drug allergies. If a doctor prescribes a medication that may cause complications, the computer's alarm goes off.

Graham, you guys really built something great. Used to work for you -- and I still talk about how great the company is. Hey, "I'm a promoter" as you say.
- Sam
wait. BIG screen you say? Then there's LOADS of FF real-time action here - http://dffrnt.com/ffmulti... edit: 3 real-time streams running side by side. I think it shows updates from 'bout 1500 people.

Lindsay: well, they really are fanatical about support here. They get really crazy about it. I should do a video of the kinds of things they've done to make their support best.
- Robert Scoble
@Robert, I get the intention... that word just has negative contexts associated with it... like "stalker" and "obssessed". There's got to be a better way to express that enthusiasm!! In any case, I've overlooked advertising before to support good companies. :)
- Lindsay
Hi, Graham! And, Robert, I'm so impressed with FF just from this page that I "get it" and why you like it now. Impressive!

You were discussing PR earlier today... Rackspace doesn't need PR now when you can garner 190 comments in real time while talking to the chariman of the company!

"Vice President Joseph R. Biden Jr. said Tuesday that the United States was still weighing which candidate to support for NATO’s top post, in a sign that Prime Minister Anders Fogh Rasmussen of Denmark, who has been viewed as the favorite to become secretary general, may not have sufficient support among NATO’s 26 members."

Frankly, I believe A.F.R. would be a good secretary general. Plus, we need some fresh blood in Denmark after 7½ years with the same PM.

"Sony Ericsson kicked of the MWC show a bit early today with a press conference for a slick new phone: The enigmatically named Idou. With an OS based on Symbian, the Idou continues the cameraphone megapixel pissing match with an impressive 12 megapixel camera/Xenon flash combo. Once you snap those gorgeous cellpone photos, they'll be presented to you on a sizable 3.5-inch 16:9 touchscreen that Sony Ericsson claims is capable of "full media consumption" (so it eats all media? Interesting...). Idou is just a codename for now, Sony claims, but the release window is certain: Second half of 2009. Did I say certain? I mean hazy and ambiguous, like all long-term tech release dates."

Looks very slick. I would seriously consider kicking my HCT smartphone for this. 12MP sounds a bit over the top, though(?)

So, you want to do two things at once? When you use SAS Enterprise Guide to create a project, the work items in that project typically run one at a time, in series. For example, consider the following process flow:

Having the right keyboard is a very important part of work efficiency and productivity. With a million models of keyboards on the market, finding the right one can be tricky. Until I typed on a Das Keyboard keyboard, I didn’t realize how satisfying hitting keys can be. With an incredibly satisfying “click” noise with every key tap, this keyboard is bound to make typing more accurate… and entertaining!

Here is what you need to do to get email to work with SMTP servers. First you need to have: 1. An SMTP email server that you can access. 2. Release 8.1 or later of SAS.
