The REPORT procedure (PROC REPORT) combines features of the PRINT, TABULATE, and MEANS procedures, along with features of the DATA step, in a single report-writing tool that can be used to produce a variety of reports. You can use PROC REPORT in both windowing and non-windowing environments; however, this paper focuses on using PROC REPORT in a non-windowing environment. This paper introduces PROC REPORT syntax and functionality to audiences with little or no experience with PROC REPORT. - Jesper K. Hansen
This paper introduces DocItOut, a free open source tool, which is specifically developed to traverse these messy directories and generate properly formatted web documentation in HTML format based on the comments and statements in the SAS code. is this how scoble creates traffic... makes an arbitrary statement without cause or reason... then he reads all of these comments and feels better about his day? I really don't get it. - Caleb Cherry
really? I srsly thought you were pro-Obama, technology, pro-Net Neutrality, and civil rights. In any case, I respect your choice, just honor it. - Joe Manna

"Sacha Baron Cohen has gone undercover as his alter ego Bruno, a gay Austrian fashion show presenter, to crash a rally in support of a measure that would ban same-sex marriage in California. Cohen donned a blond wig for the appearance as he mingled with demonstrators marching in support of Proposition 8, a measure on the ballot that would overturn a state supreme court ruling made earlier this year that allowed gay marriage." - Anna Haro

It's generally never a good idea to try and outrun the the local constabulary, but that would be particularly true if you happen to be in Italy within the jurisdiction of Prefect Antonio Manganelli. Manganelli heads up the Italian State Police and he just took delivery of the latest police package special from the crew at Lamborghini. This time around the Bolognese automaker added the decals and lights to its new Gallardo LP560-4. - Jesper K. Hansen

I've been compared to Nigella a couple of times - and Crown Princess Mary of Denmark (http://www.smh.com.au/news/Nat...). Whilst most flattering (very flattering - they are both stunning, intelligent women) beyond the dark hair and eyes there is no similarity. Dammit! - Patricia Hanrahan

Most sexy-looking women I know who stay "hot" for a long time, early-40s (sometime late-40s, very rarely early-50s) is the start of noticable decline. There are women I find sexy in their 60s, 70s, 80s, but they look like "old" women. - Mitchell Tsai
Looks like she is actually 48 according to Wikipedia. - Jeff P. Henderson
Looking through "hot" female friends late-40s & early-50s to post sexy pics, but they've done a great job not posting public pictures (For most, I think their "looks" have created too much attention over the past 25 years). No luck. :-( Some good photos of early-40s women (e.g. Sandra Bullock 44 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/S...), but often pics were taken in late-30s. Was Nigella's photo taken recently? - Mitchell Tsai
Madonna http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M... looks good at 50 (but she's not a personal friend). One friend looked great at 52, but in the past few years (now 55) hasn't fared so well. - Mitchell Tsai
Paul, you don't know me, so don't make rude guesses. I'm a photographer, and I back up my photos to my Drobo. I also record old movies and cartoons (20s, 30s, 40s) from TV and store them on the Drobo. I've also digitized our library of VHS tapes and DVDs and put those on the Drobo as well. Now when my wife and I want to watch something, we just browse the Drobo and play it. - Raoul Pop
What is your total storage up to now and how much of that is used on replication. - CJPhoto
No I don't and yes it was flippant. I apologize. How does this compare to commercially available storage or pass through (ie: Netflix Roku or Vudu) for content storage and playback. - Paul W. Swansen
Note to self: need Drobo for video, audio, and porn. - flammable
CJPhoto, I have well over 5TB of storage right now. I haven't added everything up lately, but that's where it was the last time (see this http://www.raoulpop.com/2008/0...). This is available storage, not total storage, btw, which is bigger, since the Drobo has redundancy built in. Paul, not sure what you mean by commercially available storage, but as for the pass-through stuff, I'd rather have the content locally, available for playback at any time. I like Roku though, it's nice. - Raoul Pop
Nice Raoul! Feel my envy. The Drobo is on my Must Buy List, currently holding steady in the 2nd position. Its looking like it may make it home around Xmas time. - Carlos Ayala
Shey, it holds as much as you want it to hold. It's only limited by the current hard drive capacities, since it can only hold 4 drives. Juan, if the Drobo functions correctly, it does make a little noise but nothing that distracts. After all, there are four hard drives in there, and they need to be cooled. I have noticed that if you get a bad unit, the fans will make more noise than usual, and may go into overdrive mode, where they rotate at faster speeds than they need to. In that case, get a replacement. - Raoul Pop
I should mention I wrote a detailed review of the Drobo last year. It's still good reading if you've got about 10 minutes: http://www.raoulpop.com/2007/1.... - Raoul Pop
Damn, and I thought I was a glutton at 2 TB available storage. - Eric P
I love my drobo, one of the best purchases I made last year. I just had one of my 500GB drives die on me this past weekend. Red light flashed on the drobo and a warning box pops up. I removed the drive, went to Best Buy and bought a new 1TB drive and popped it into the drobo. Zero downtime plus now I have more storage. - Mark Anderson
I can't wait for the promised iTunes integration. I have my Drobo here now, but haven't had the time (or money) to get some harddrives. Yeah, yeah, I know... ;-( - Holger Eilhard
Had a dream about terabytes last night. - Mike Reynolds
does anyone know if these can be bought in europe? - Chris Farrugia
@Chris - You can get them in Germany and their PR department is actually in the UK, so I guess it's at least available there too. - Holger Eilhard

I'll check out later to see if any of those have a linux version (I know Chrome doesn't :) ). For me, liferea's internal browser is the "ff browser" (i.e. the one that has a permanent login cookie). I only use it for FF and online comics, so I guess it's sort of an "ff desktop app" if you squint at it from a distance. Screenshot: http://666kb.com/i/b2m22b62csm... Five of the seven are Air (Adobe) apps, two Windows only (one browser and one app), and one Mac only browser app... sorry, The Dod. But the option you currently have seems pretty neat. :) - Mona N.
Still using http://www.netvibes.com to run FriendFeed, Twitter, Facebook, Pownce, etc. in parallel, each on their own webpage, loaded in widget-frames, on a tab, entitled "Chat." - Vincent van Wylick
Apps are good for Twitter - (cause it needs the help) but I find FriendFeed best right from a browser. - Steve Isaacs
now if only Air apps didn't have annoying bugs under OS X (like adding %00 to every clicked URL) they might actually be an option. But I still find Air apps too flakey. I go with Fluid and my own version of a script that allows me to send tweets via Launchbar or Quicksilver and I haven't looked back. - Alexander Kucera
I use Twhirl, I browse it while Windows is loading (as it boots up faster than everything else). Apart from that it either gets closed or sits in my taskbar. The refreshing is annoying and there is no Hide button. I wish it support the friends lists too but apart from that I like it. I've used Alert Thingy and Feedalizr (and perhaps MySocial but it's clearly not let an impression on me) but prefer Twhirl. - Kol Tregaskes
If anyone uses any of these, which ones and why? - Kol Tregaskes
The media browser idea in MySocial looks interesting. - Alan Le
I'm a Fluid user. Site specific Safari. - Adam Turetzky
Kol - you can get Air to work under Linux, so any of the Air apps would work. I've used Air apps under Ubuntu -- they work well enough. Kol - I've used several of these apps and I do like Twhirl and AlertThingy.. oh, and Feedalizr is really slick. - Phil Glockner
I've tried MySocial, seems to get a little stuck on Twitter refresh rate, works well with FriendFeed though. More AIR apps please! - Nice Fish Films
There are militia groups in parts of Africa that believe dressing like this is powerful magic that will protect them in battle. There are groups that all dress in one bright color, or all wear womens' clothing, etc. - Tad, Fool
