He got this right: "The action scenes can’t even save it because like the Bourne films they’re all choreographed in a blender, edited on puree, and shot in maddening, shaky-cam close-ups." - Krista Janicki
It took bloggers using little more than desktop PCs and Internet connections only a few hours to find the errors. The difference is, they were prepared to look. Their minds were not so clouded by bias in favour of the warming theory that they have stopped asking obvious questions. - Krista Janicki
The report is based on the contention that "Racism is becoming a more serious and entrenched problem" in Ontario. This is a ridiculous statement. As we have written before in this space, Canada has become probably the least racist country in the entire world. Indeed, our laws, disciplinary codes, employee training programs, and classroom teaching materials betray what can only be called an obsession with anti-racism. Every once in a while, one does hear of some genuine act of bigotry in the public sphere. But such instances are gratifyingly rare. The proof of this is that, as Mark Steyn has noted, Ontario's Human Rights Commission has virtually run out of real "human rights" cases to prosecute. Its Chief Commissioner, Barbara Hall, has been reduced to pleading with Ontarians to bring more complaints. - Krista Janicki
The land of the free and the home of the brave could soon be transformed into the land of the dependent and the home of the infantilized. - Krista Janicki
