I think these kind of things are funny, because they have a non-evolutionary explanation: these are people who are genuinely interested in women as people, and for obvious reasons, women find that attractive. - Jamelle

my husband considers me intelligent and is often blown away not only by what i know but that i can hold my own in conversations with others. he thinks that's sexy. as for the money thing, i don't know. all the women i know make more money than the men i know. some of them are in happy relationships, some not. my old neighborhood was full of SAHDs, moms in exec/upper mgmt. positions and they seemed happy. - Faboo Mama
