Aside from water which is my primary source of liquid, I like also all varieties of tea from black to green but I never tried the white tea yet. What I like in the tea is its natural properties that can help to boost our immune systems, some says that it can prevent plaque build-up and will protect us against skin cell damage. I also like organic chocolate soy milk this serves as my replacement for cow’s milk because I suffer from lactose intolerance. They also suggested drinking hemp or rice milk as alternative but I never tried these yet. For juice drink, I prefer 100% tropical juices like pineapple, guava, mango, and oranges.
