The folks at LinkWithin finally got back to me. They got it running even though they claim to have needed it to still be installed. I removed my related posts tweak and it seems to work fine. - Amber, Random Time Lord

Rob, have you tried asking Daniel Ha on Twitter? He doesn't do everything, but he responds fairly quickly. Since you have a custom theme, you might want to have them look at it. - Amber, Random Time Lord

Have sent a mail to linkwithin people as well as per their instructions on their site to get their widget working with my custom theme. No response, and still not working. And, drat, something in clicking the "check this is comments links don't dis play properly" in DISQUS has not only made my comments links permanently appear with no numbers, but has also apparently cause all my... more... - guruvan (Rob Nelson)

Did you add the javascript in manually along with the disqus plugin (using one of the older versions you kind of had to)? - Amber, Random Time Lord

I'm confused, So to clarify: I originally added the latest, greatest DISQUS. My theme developer had to mess with (the CSS?) to get the DISQUS comment box to appear correctly. Then I added YARPP. Then I messed around with YARPP/DISQUS, mostly by checking the option in DISQUS as above. I've subsequently added the LinkWithin plugin.
