"I replied thinking the email was going directly to Louis and was just hitting him up for his IM deets so I had another channel to annoy him with. Nothing to see here...move along."

"Good post Louis and even though I was clearly disappointed with regards to advancements in Lifestreaming this year I'm not willing to give up on the concept and the ability for someone to find a way to effectively execute it. But I agree that it may not make a difference for the mainstream crowd who will continue to Lifestream limited by the toolset of their primary social service be it Facebook, Twitter, or other choice. The Year in Lifestreaming for 2009 http://lifestreamblog.com/the-yea... (from yesterday) Gonna follow up this post with a positive one on some highlights
"The Storytlr story (pardon the pun) was actually one of the services I was referring to in my post. It's just one of several open source Lifestreaming apps out there that I'd love to see flourish with new development. I hope to see this next year."

"Yes I am familiar with Tarpipe and Pixelpipe and although they do offer more flexibility the trade-off is a much more difficult interface. It's very easy for newbies to setup Posterous to route their content. Unless you're a bit more tech savvy you won't easily be able to setup Tarpipe. Like I said, this process needs to get easier for larger adoption."
