基本上没有人买Mac，然后使用Linux。 Boot camp 是否能支持Linux不知道，用VM来虚拟Linux倒是可以。再说，Leopard/Snow Leopard的核心是BSD，如果不喜欢收费的软件，基本Linux下开源的软件，比如Open Office, git啊，基于X11的软件，大部分都能在OS X下跑，甚至apt-get都可以用，不过Mac有自己的MacPort。所以用OS X的人，基本都认为自己也是在用Unix系统 - Lin Yong

看了一遍中文评论，看了一遍英文评论。大概两个意思：1恭喜FF团队；2悲伤，很多FF用户不大喜欢facebook，说不定会离开。我个人在facebook上基本就是个静态用户，由于恐惧隐私的过分暴露，所以只把facebook当在线通信录用；而在friendfeed上，似乎没有人担心隐私的问题，就像在一个茶馆里，大家关心的是讨论的话题，而不是参与讨论的人是不是我认识的人，是不是我的“朋友”。提个问题，Friendfeed和Facebook最根本的不同是什么？我的答案，fb的核心是个人，而ff的核心则是群组/话题。希望FF保持自己的核心，一路走好。 - woodear

本来Java有很好的机会，偏偏Sun既不买MS的账，也不肯放下身段和开源的Linux/BSD社区打成一片。在流失了大量开发者(转移到其他开发语言和平台)后，留下一个空档，让亲MS的Mono趁虚而入。 - laogao
