@Karoli @aliceinthewater So ACORN's official opinion is that helping prostitutes launder child trafficking money into politics is legal?
@Karoli Sorry, ACORN released it's internal report as well, also finding no illegality. I'd say no prosecutable illegality.
@tonyhawk Ive played Ride 10+ hours, and I just get frustrated. It's sad cuzI was really looking forward to it. Plz make sequel better!
Whoah. Didn't know Neelix from Star Trek Voyager was in 2012!!!
@trianglman Here's the text of one of the letters from the KGB files:http://www.freerepublic.com/focus...
@trianglman If it's wrong for GOP to protest global warming now, then it was wrong for Dems to push it under Bush.
@trianglman But that man is a hero to you.
@trianglman I'm just saying you have a short memory. Just like people claiming no one ever mentioned Hitler before Obama.
@trianglman In 2002, McDermott, Bonior and Thompson went to Baghdad in 2002 to attack Bush's policies. http://findarticles.com/p...
@trianglman Wait, so in your mind, Republicans campaigning against Obama's global warming stance is wrong, but Gore against Bush's was ok?
@trianglman And how is Al Gore saying we need huge carbon cuts, when Bush opposes those cuts, not the same thing?
@trianglman And what about Nancy Pelosi refusing to listen to the White House and going to Syria to try to make peace on her own?
@trianglman Or there was Jimmy Carter who said Bush had "disgraced" America--while in Britain. http://www.cbsnews.com/stories...
@trianglman Inhofe did not need to go to previous meetings because the US wasn't in danger or taxing its energy/carbon production until now.
@trianglman I still think the most egregious offense was Ted Kennedy secretly communicating with KGB and promising to undermine Reagan.
@trianglman It's about the policy, not the president. The president is being criticized because of his positions of carbon caps.
@willmcjunkin I think the public funded nature of NPR puts them in a spot where they invite criticism, so they have to walk a fine line.
@trianglman The forum for this is appropriate. Giving speeches overseas criticizing the commander in chief or the US is inappropriate.
@trianglman Who are you talking about?
@trianglman So you're criticizing him for what you think he was going to say?
@trianglman It was the first news link I could find when googling.
@trianglman I see your point, and I have to say it does sound strange to me.
@trianglman I personally think it is wrong for politicians to badmouth US while overseas. But a conference is supposed to have negotiations.
@trianglman I don't know enough about Inhofe's trip--I'll withhold judgment until I hear him speak. But it's not a moral equivalent.
@trianglman Didn't Obama go to Germany to slam American policy before elected? Those are just a few off the top of my head... Oh, and Kerry!
@DanAmrich When you go to the LA Guitar Center, don't slow down when you enter. Just keep walking all the way to the back room.
@Karoli Im curious why you think a mandate is Constitutional? Is there some precedent you point to?
In politics, you can never compare "now" and "back then." Things can't stay the same, so you must compare "now" to "what could have been."
@Karoli Is it common for the most junior member of the Senate to preside?
@DanAmrich ProTip: Go South
