Ryo - Plaxo. Which, for whatever it's worth, is available for OS X and Windows. Can't get much more free than that - with options to spare. There are plenty of alternatives to Textexpander - I've seen 'em, and I've recommended 'em. I just stuck with Textexpander because I got 'er on a discount in one of those bundle deals.
