The third photo is of their Gooey Butter Cake, a sort of butterscotch cheesecake that is out of this world. Their desserts are some of the best in LA. - mike fabio

A check on yelp shows that there are actually a few Chicken & Waffle places here in Seattle, all opened within the last year, interestingly enough. Hrm, maybe I'll give it a go. - veo
