So I've noticed something really annoying with gmail the last week or two... In order to use keyboard shortcuts, I almost always have to click somewhere on the page first now... It's happening in both IE and Firefox, and it never EVER used to! It's almost pointless to use keyboard shortcuts if I have to grab the stupid mouse every time...
