Allegiant Air revealed two more pieces of its Hawaii air service strategy, announcing nonstop flights linking Boise, Idaho, and Spokane, Wash., with Honolulu. The carrier also said it also would begin nonstop flights between Boise and Las Vegas twice a week beginning Oct. 26.
