Heidi omg ea active workout on the wii just totes kicked my butt. I'll do my speed workout tomorrow. Marathon training has officially started, 5 mile race in 3 weeks - time to get in shape!

@Blagica btw highly recommend #eaactive - great workout that you can do at home :) what's not to love about that?

@bextastic i've cut back on my diet coke intake - 1/day and nothing after 5-6pm :/ It's tough man!
