Same problem as before, unable to download latest version (probably issues on my company's proxy). Solution last time was to browse to feedalizr.com/download and get it from there but you seem to have closed that loophole so no upgrade for me I'm afraid. - Fraser Smith

@Michael I'd say that's debatable. The "direct link" is embedded in the Flash. If it was a true direct link, it would be in HTML and I could rightclick it and choose "Save as" And the browse to feedalizr.com/download loophole is closed, you get a 404 if you try to go there. The last time, I had to use the loophole which gives a directory listing and the Ctrl-R to refresh it and force my proxy to refresh it's cache. This time, A direct link in an e-mail fixed the problem. - Fraser Smith

very cool.....i think as twitter manages its scale issues, quite a few people might switch to Jaiku during the downtimes...with friendfeed and Feedalizr...whether twitter is down or not becomes less of a problem.... This is an important thing to note. - John Kotsaftis

the default friendfeed website client is too well done to warrant a desktop client. - bvs
Jaiku support is great (kudos to jaiku for api keys!). Feedalizr is still really disruptive on the desktop. - Ashton
