Garmin has a major wakeup call coming--they are leading a dying revenue business, i.e., charging for turn-by-turn GPS. Since their products have been excellent, I would feel sorry for them, that is, if they hadn't nickle-and-dimed me to death through the years.

I just received a package of expensive California Sunbounce diffusers, scrims, boomstick, etc from Adorama--box was smashed, no padding, and open on both ends. Totally inadequate shipping protection--I do not blame UPS at all for this.
