Ease of use is subjective

All computers are hard to use; general-use operating systems can do very little about this. What matters is how *discoverable* the system is.

Good point. I'm not a Mac user and can't stand OS X, but I'll be the first to admit that it ranks VERY high in discoverability

I usually say that Linux is hard to use, then I hate myself. They should do an usability study on people who never touched a computer, so that we will have a more objective answer.
