@seamuswalsh I agree. What's amazing is that G shows no PR value for the site nor inbound links. Ranks solely from on-site elements.

@seamuswalsh That's not to say it can't be done with more comp terms but the effort goes up with SERPs, and weight of top competitors.
@seamuswalsh Organic versus PPC - in your example site it's not a competitive term. The more long-tail the KW the easier plus KW domain.
