I Hate to be Rude But… - http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r...
I can understand the sentiment there, but hey, if people are mailing you about new services to try with testimonials that they're actually worth your time to check out, then consider yourself lucky someone else is doing the grunt work for you. Most of us have to actively search for the latest and greatest and spend our time signing up and evaluating it. If you don't want the advice then set up a filter, but don't snub the effort. - Lindsay is :)
And, for the record, Diigo is awesome for bookmarking and you're missing out if you don't use it. - Lindsay is :)
I tried diigo but didn't like the lack of FF integration so went back to delicious. - Thomas Hawk
I'm not yet using Diigo, but I probably will end up using it. I was slow to Del.icio.us, Twitter and others as well, despite being early in a few areas (like here). - Louis Gray
Ugh ... his loss? LOVE the commmercial :) - Charlie Anzman
I'm still bouncing between delicious and mento. Not sure which I like best or which one better serves my purpose. Of course, I should probably begin by determining what my purpose is or whether or not I even have one. - Akiva Moskovitz
I couldn't decide between all these "fancy" bookmarking services, so I just went with Google bookmarks. It's actually working out very well. - Vince DeGeorge
I can have my Diigo and del.icio.us too. There are things about del.icio.us I like (mainly the ability to search my archive by url) that Diigo doesn't do, but you can set up Diigo to automatically post all your links to del.icio.us so it's effortless to use them both. Diigo offers really nice features like their side bar and highlighting that I use all the time now. I would be unhappy if I had to choose one or the other. - Lindsay is :)
Lindsay converted me to Diigo a few weeks ago and it's the perfect extension for delicious! We've also hooked Avynn up (our 11 year-old son). He loves it too. The social aspects of it are really just sugar that you can use or not. We share links amongst ourselves and it works really well. I wouldn't want a FriendFeed sized group to share with - that's called StumbleUpon. - Tad, Anti-Immanentizer
They may be great services and worth using but there's only so much time in the day so you have to make choices. For now, I like what's in my digital portfolio. If it becomes apparent there are better and more useful tools, then I'm open to trying new things. - Mark Evans
