that $33/- is jsut a red herring .. YHOO Does not want to sale at all. read the full email.. indirectly they are telling Carl Icahn-Microsoft alliance to F-off and calling shareholder to support the current board. This is a hostile take over bid. not a sell in the making. Therefore Yang is moving the needle in only direction he can - get the shareholders to support the board and they by ensuring that the board does not change !!
