Pro Tip: Honey becomes solid in iced coffee. This can be good (yummy clumps of honey candy!), but it doesn't actually sweeten the iced coffee.

i was making a margarita this weekend and did things out of order. Discovered this same problem when i added the agave nectar to the ice. :) #oops

I've been meaning to make some ice cubes out of iced coffee. That way, when the ice cubes melt, they don't water down your iced coffee.
