Sounds like a job for the LSW. For real. We were talking about having sort of on-call tech people at conferences at LCOW (were you there?)--they hang out and you can go get help w/ whatever you need. Library Faire seems like an expansion of that idea. - laura x

I think the RadRef ACRL preconference might point the way. The kind of thing I'm envisioning would be most fun if we had people coming from all over, with a nice mix of "big deal" stuff and "person-to-person" stuff. Probably impossible to get together an ALA precon at this point, but that would be fun. Of course smaller-scale things could work too, but might lack that carnival atmosphere. - Your Neighbor Steve
