After giving a boring library orientation for high school students on campus for a science camp, I am looking for fun ideas for these kinds of things, especially for groups of shy/scared/disengaged/ teens. Looking ahead to my new freshlets coming this fall, I fear more of the same. Basically, I'm bored with myself.

The 8-12 year olds i just toured enjoyed my bit about microfilm, and how it was meant to be like the Internet, before the internet. They also got really into some of the unusual rare books in special ollections - RudĩϐЯaЯïan
