In case lib tech support gets questions about this on Monday. There's some oldish malware out there that messes up domain-name resolution (the system that turns www.example.com into the IP address of its host server). The Feds took over the command-and-control servers but are shutting them down Monday, such that infected computers won't have working DNS. - RepoRat from Bookmarklet
