I finally got to the table and sat down beside him and he asked my name. I told him and he said it was a lovely name and then I said. "Sir, I just wanted you to know that you are the reason I became a librarian." I thought that'd be that and he would thank me and go on. Instead, he looked at me with such amazement and said, "That.
