On the surface it sounds like a good thing to increase visibility of the IR, but then it says "Content must be published with a CC0 (no rights reserved) license". Who the heck has an IR with CC0-licensed content, when we barely get permission from journals to include any version at all? I wondered if they meant "metadata", but they use that word in the previous sentence so I can only conclude they're a little bit off their rocker. Or am I missing something? - Deborah Fitchett
