We've just moved over to the Proquest view of PsycInfo. Is there any way to limit to full text? Faculty member who was used to CSA is not pleased with having to actually check for full text and I can't find a check box for it.
Sorry we use EBSCO, but I feel like there might be a way in the admin module to have it default to full text. That would be for all users, though, and I can't remember if that's for all databases or just the one.

The only ProQuest database we have is Newsstand, but it's got a "limit to full text" check box on the advanced search screen: http://screencast.com/t... I don't know if other PQ databases have different interfaces, but that's what we've got.

Where you have FT, I have a Peer Reviewed checkbox. I think they took it out.

So maybe they can turn it back on. Hello, electronic resources team

Check to see if your OpenURL outbound links have the correct openURL genre assigned (it's easiest to check the behavior with book (Book) or bookitem (Chapters) genres... If it doesn't work now, I just had a demo of the interface upgrade (scheduled for June 30) yesterday and they work in the post-upgrade interface. Why PQ did not choose to release this upgrade *before* ALA Annual is beyond me, but it should work starting next month
