So far today I tore apart a whole chicken I poached in the crock pot. Most of it will go into some chicken salad I'm getting ready to make. I also made some baked oatmeal. Right now I'm toasting pecans for the chicken salad.

Mine was mostly yesterday, but gazpacho, and put some tofu to marinate. Today I baked the tofu (the marinade was a little tarter than I expected - I should have added a little sweetener to it). I've done lots of dishes and I'm getting ready to mop in there. :)
