Our Airport extreme broke the first time I plugged it in; it never even worked. Now I go to the store and I'm told that it needs to be sent to Apple for testing, which will "hopefully" take 1 to 2 weeks. No exchange or refund. Yeah, I had a very similar experience with the Airport Extreme. It's the only Apple product that has disappointed me.

this just enrages me. Any other manufacturer would have exchanged the product no questions asked. Apple, however, would prefer to piss me off.
