Turned leftover hoisin sauce into an amazing BBQ sauce for chicken by adding garlic, sake, soy, rice wine vinegar, & (horrors!) ketchup.
Dinner was chicken sausages & grilled peaches & sage on a skewer tonight. Thumbs up for Smart Chicken sausages; grilled peaches OTOH, meh.
BLT&A for dinner tonight: the perfect match of ripe tomatoes, lettuce, and thick cut bacon, with slices of fresh avocado. Yum!
Rest week at Tornado Room- carrot soup, pork & raspberry ice. Soup was a bust, but loved the pork w/ corn pudding.
