I gave the recipe "Wilton Home Decorating Buttercream Icing" 5 out of 5 stars on BigOven.com. I didn''t use the meringue powder and it turned out fine; I also replaced the water with milk. If you want more vanilla flavor add and additional tsp of vanilla (if you don''t have clear, it''s fine) and omit 1/2 tbsp of water. - Amanda Krylo
