Findings on cholesterol and insulin links to memory and eventually Alzheimers. Must read. Again I am amazed at the lack of willingness to design LCHF studies when the connection to so many of our most serious age related diseases seems so glaringly obvious.

Late 1998 when I moved to Orlando, Florida I encountered a Starbucks for the first time. I was blown away. Sweden has a big coffee house culture, but this was something different. Beautiful furniture, amazing art on the walls, great...

Browned cabbage is as good cold as warm in my opinion, and it is always better the next day after a night in the fridge. If you do reheat it, a tip my mother gave me was to add a little bit of stock in with the cabbage to bring back a really nice silky sheen to it as it can go a bit dull when it cools down.

QR codes and restaurants. One to keep track of as Google gets involved. Must admit I never really saw the greatness of QR codes. However, presented like in this video it does look a bit appealing. This is enough for two as a replacement of a more carby alternative, or four as a side dish. I guess this is a bit like a coleslaw. Something sweet, something acidic, something with a bit of bite and lots of cabbage.

Top search word in Google is Google. Personally I believe this list comes from reporting single words instead of actual phrases searched for. So, this can be seen as either a complete failure on behalf of major sites to make functions and content findable... or the convenience of using a well working search tool as a means of navigation.
